At Pembrokeshire Dental Hygiene we understand that unexpected situations can arise and schedules may occasionally need to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for short-notice cancellations, as late changes limit our ability to rebook the time.
